Contact Brant is pleased to announce a new Ministry of Community and Social Services initiative called Passport. Your family member may be eligible for this community participation support program, which is available to individuals with a developmental disability who are:

no longer in school and
-
not receiving other Ministry funded day supports.
Passport offers families more flexibility! Participants can receive funding directly to buy community participation supports, or use the funding to join programs offered at community agencies. Please note, that there is limited funding available at this time. We anticipate that the number of individuals eligible for Passport will exceed the available funding; however a waiting list will be created.
