Contact Brant is pleased to administer the Ministry of Community and Social Services initiative called Passport. Your family member may be eligible for this community participation support program, which is available to individuals with a developmental disability who are:

no longer in school and
-
not receiving Employment Supports.
Passport offers families more flexibility! Participants can receive funding directly for community participation supports, or use the funding to join programs offered at community agencies. Please note, that there is limited funding available at this time.
